My life's mission is to empower students of all ages and backgrounds to reach their full potential by providing comprehensive support services, mentorship, and opportunities for meaningful research collaborations. My academic journey focuses on bridging the gap between theory and practice in STEM education. I am particularly passionate about the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in learning, and my research explores innovative AI-driven solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners. These efforts are grounded in the belief that every student deserves a personalized and engaging educational experience that prepares them for the challenges of the future.

Beyond my academic pursuits, I am dedicated to supporting veterans and their families, especially those navigating cross-cultural transitions while stationed overseas. By creating educational frameworks that integrate STEM education, AI technologies, and cultural adaptation strategies, I strive to address the unique challenges faced by military-connected individuals. My goal is to empower veterans and their families to succeed wherever their journeys take them, fostering inclusivity, adaptability, and a sense of belonging in both academic and professional environments.

At home, I find joy and inspiration in my family. My wife and I have been married for over 26 years, and we are proud parents of four wonderful children - aged 30, 26, 16, 13. Together, we share a love for learning, exploring, and supporting one another as we grow individually and as a family.
